[COURLIS] fix an error in planma

Description

Fix planma calls which were not updating transcritical variables with profiles evolutions due to Courlis

Add "planim_required" parameter to profil_t to handle planim/planma calls more clearly

• update transcritical (MASCARET kernel) test-cases reference files
• update of NEWS.txt
