[COURLIS] Error in planma subroutine for transcritical variables update with profiles evolution

Summary

There is an error in sources/mascaret/Planim/planma.f90 about COURLIS profile evolution which is not activating updates of transcritical kernel (MASCARET kernel) variables. This is due to var_sed variables which is set to sources/mascaret/Planim/planim.f90 after updates of 3 kernels common variables

Possible fixes

In addition of fixing if statement, it is proposed to add a variable profil_t module to enable or disable updates of hydraulic variables
