Draft: Take NUMBER OF FIRST TIME STEP into account for graphic printouts
Reference issue
Fix #1035
Description
The check performed when NUMBER OF FIRST TIME STEP FOR GRAPHIC PRINTOUTS was set to a non-zero value did not work properly. These changes fix this issue for both FE and FV calculations, so that it is now correctly taken into account when writing graphic printouts.
This MR also removes the unused variable COMPLIS.
