Feature/75 clean nuclear core

Improve the first version of NuclearCore:

  • Restructured FuelThermalPower (Finite Volumes) and NeutronKinetics
  • Added some markdown documentation (not all modules)
  • Switched some terms to english

I based this branch on master (my fault), so this branch collect also some misc developments compared to the develop branch.
