Size of HeatSource

The size of the Thermal/HeatSource is defined by the size of T0, even if option_temperature=2 (power is fixed, not temperature). This may be misleading (it generally leads to error).

Possible solutions:

• Add a N parameter (instead of calculating it)
• Add an if clause on option_temperature
