fix for sarap calculation

Sarap, steady transcritical hydraulic kernel, is making at the beginning of calculation a call of Mascaret with a timestep of 0 second to initialize variables. When it is used with Courlis, this first timestep with a duration of 0 second causes for some sedimentary variables NaN/infinity number because of division by timestep duration. This is fixed by those modifications.
