[fix] [doc] [vnv] fix vnv for Courlis + add doc user, theory and reference for Courlis :

Fix vnv for Courlis (no calculation were launched at the validation) + add some checks and validation tests for MascaretCas class
Add user documentation (WIP), theory documentation (WIP) and reference documentation which need modification of dico_data.f and utils_latex.f to take into account specific keys of Mascaret-Tracer-Courlis (for ex. PATHNODE which is the XML tag of the keyword)
