Implement the choix MODE OF PROFILE EVOLUTION

  • add the keywork MODE OF PROFILE EVOLUTION (type INTEGER, index 662) into dico_Courlis
  • update the subroutine LECPARAMSEDIM to read this parameter (bedload_evol_profil)
  • in compute_bedload: move the "hard written" part 'Maj des cotes de fond' (PU2017) into a SELECT CASE in order to implement other mode of profile evolution
