Remove "_GAIA" suffixes from most GAIA subroutines and functions

Boris Basic requested to merge rename-gaia-routines into main

These were mostly used to differentiate GAIA subroutines and functions from those of SISYPHE.

Now that the latter has been removed (see MR !107 (merged)), these suffixes are not needed anymore.
A few other ones have also been renamed.
