imposed spectra cannot be used together with telapy

when running multiple tomawac runs with teapy, a crash occurs when imposed spetcra are used. the issue is because NPSPE in the second run has a non-zeroe value (which it gets in read_coords_spectra, during the first call) In order to solve this, NPSPE needs to be reset to zero every time (for example in lecdon_tomawac)

There is also an issue with IND_PTFR, which is allocated without deallocating, so the line IF (ALLOCATED(IND_PTFR)) DEALLOCATE(IND_PTFR) must be added

Hello, Can you put an example of the way you are using imposed spectra with telapy. I think i understand your problem but i am not sure that putting npspe set to zero in lecdon_tomawac would be the solution. lecdon_tomawac is called at the very beginning so i am not sure it is what you want. I am running the validation on the branch issue963_tomawacApi, but if it is not the solution i will not see it.
