Bug in read_bin_frliq.f: GET_BND_IPOBO
In TELEMAC-3D, when using the BINARY BOUNDARY DATA FILE, read_bin_frliq.f will look for the node number in the binary boundary data file to match it to boundary node number in the cli file (and therefore apply the relevant conditions to the relevant node). At the start of read_bin_frliq.f, GET_BND_IPOBO is called that is meant to retrieve this node number. That is no longer the case (has been for a while judging from the "history" of the file) and GET_BND_IPOBO now returns 1 (boundary node) or 0 (otherwise) instead of the actual node number. This makes read_bin_frliq.f fail. Could call to GET_BND_IPOBO be replaced by call to GET_BND_NUMBERING?
