Bug in run_telfile.py merge -k time
Hello
I've tried to merge 2 wind files with run_telfile.py with no success. Say for argument's sake, that I want to merge January and February wind files. Both are defined with the "datetime" being the 1st of Jan (t0=0 for Jan and t0=31days in seconds for Feb). No overlap between the 2 files. I was used to using the python2 utilities and they worked fine. With run_telfile.py merge -k time, the concatenation is wrong whatever the order/name of the input files. The total number of time steps is correct in the merged file, but February comes first (with dates incorrectly set to January) and subsequent time steps are filled with 0s.
Incidentally, all these pre/post-processing scripts take a lot longer than they used to (back when it was python2). We're talking minutes to process a file rather than seconds. For info I'm on Windows. Not sure if you have ideas about what the culprit might be. Be interested to have the tools sped up again :)
With many thanks - Noémie
