Windows tests batch script for create mesh feature
Add all tests for create mesh feature (density zones (refinement), islands, constraint lines + all) in Windows batch
Tested on Windows 10 using archive zip version of Salome 9.7 for Windows 64bits (Windows 10 64-bits ZIP archive)
