Gsedfqgis 102 check profiles

MR content :

• check_section function + tests
• move_up_invalid_points_from_section and down functions + tests
• 4 tools buttons on the left side of the profile dialog (disabled when not needed) :
• Move up invalid points from current section
• Move down invalid points from current section
• Move up invalid points from current layer
• Move down invalid points from current layer
• A red or green circle icon (top tool bar) to indicate if the current layer is valid or not.
• Color indicators in the sections ComboBox indicating the validity of each section.

• Fix apply interpolation (bug from topo_bath MR)

Notes: No time left to handle move up/down of cell selection. Too many edge cases...
