Gsedfqgis 68 default z

Arthur LOUIS requested to merge GSEDFQGIS-68-default-Z into master

  • Add a default elevation for the Z extract. It can be set in a settings dialog with spin box - by default it's considered as None. A default elevation spin box is available in the algorithm dialog (import tracks, import layer from dem) and in profiles viewer. It takes default elevation from settings and set the value in the spin box. User still has the possibility to change default value before running the algorithm.

  • Add tests (and modify it, if necessary)
