Error correction: The reference in the function enthalpyOfWater and its derivative was 0°C rather than 20°C. That was causing the error in the T_phX function

Addition of a function an its derivative to compute the mass gas constant 'R' from the state variables d, T and X

- Correction in the calculation of the derivative of the pressure

Change the way the pressure is calculated in the saturationDensity function to be able to compute the density below the triple point temperature

Correction in the pressure reconstruction. Only the density of the gas phase must be used to compute the pressure

Change the values of cp and h_lv in the records following a change in the reference temperature from 0°C to 20°c

- Addition of the constant "reference_T" and propagation of this constant in the functiosn where the reference temperature is used
- Correction of the error on the relative humidity that causes the non working of the media in the issue #8
- Correction in the function "enthalpyOfCondensingGas" where the latent heat term was missing

Addition of MoistAir Media where explicit variables are the density d, the temperature T and the mass fraction X. MoistAir2 has fully variables properties (cp, cv, lambda...) where MoistAir has fixed cp and cv
