Create a release script to automate part of the release process

At least to change the version and copyright in all the modules.

In my case with Linux I've done it with something like find . -type f -exec sed -i 's/EDF 2002 - 2003/EDF 2002 - 2024/g' "{}" \; (no confirmation so to be used with caution, to replace in this case EDF 2002 - 2003 by EDF 2002 - 2024). Using grep before is recommended to be sure what is found.
