In last discussion we decided not to delete the GitHub repo (at least as a temporary solution) to ease the reporting of external users.
I pushed to the warning branch a proposal on how to update the GitHub repo :
- No more code.
- Un updated (short) readme pointing to our official repo.

I also removed tags and releases from the GitHub repo (to motivate people to come here...).

A project has also been developed to automate the creation of a new issue here for any new issue created on GitHub so that we can keep tracking everything on our official repository. For the moment this "synchronisation" is very basic, but we can develop it further if needed...
