Juliette, I let you see since I do not know if you already solved some of these issues on your local copy (do not hesitate to push your commits).

OK for the "order" issue, it looks like it has been resolved in TSP_new @ this commit. We should improve the consistency between the two branches...

The issue with dynamic_mass_balance is still to be solved.
