Update of the TANDEM Modelica library to include the hybrid system simulators for:
- the Southern European case - energy hub architecture
- the Northern European case - district heating architecture
The two simulator configurations are described in [Deliverable 2.5](https://tandemproject.eu/wp-content/uploads/2024/12/D2_5_Hybrid_system_simulator_description_V1.pdf) of the TANDEM project.

First official version of the Modelica TANDEM library (deliverable 2.4 of the Euratom TANDEM  project).
