BOP in the structure of the TANDEM library

Hello, I would propose to put the BOP model(s) inside the SMR package (the latter containing the BOP but also the NSSS). I think it would ease the reading (BOP having more sense in the "SMR" context). Moreover, I would suggest to put the BOP model inside the TANDEM library and not as a standalone package (to do so, open both the TANDEM library and the BOP package in Dymola/OpenModelica and move the BOP inside the TANDEM library in the Package Browser). Finally, when saving, please do not check the Save contents of package in one file checkbox so that every model is stored in a separate file, which is much easier to manage in a shared git repository.
