Same default values of the 2 keywords SPATIAL PROJECTION TYPE and LATITUDE OF ORIGIN POINT (for TELEMAC-2D and TELEMAC-3D)

Default values in TELEMAC-2D and TELEMAC-3D for the 2 keywords are not the same:

• SPATIAL PROJECTION TYPE = 1 (cartesian, not georeferenced) in 2D and 2 (Mercator) in 3D,
• LATITUDE OF ORIGIN POINT = 48. in 2D and 0. in 3D.

They should be homogenized.
