generate_atm should respect the v8p5 name conventions

For v8p5, horizontal and vertical velocities have been renamed from :

• WIND VELOCITY UV to
• WINDXY

in the BINARY ATMOSPHERIC DATA FILE.

Variable names in generate_atm should be renamed accordingly
