Change of meaning of * for variables of VARIABLES FOR GRAPHIC PRINTOUTS

As the joker * meaning changed a few years ago in SORTIE subroutine (in particular in SHA 2c828b6e and possibly in SHA 6b74a53b), the manuals should be changed concerning the behaviour of tracers (T* and T** in TELEMAC-2D, TA*, TA**, TASURF* and TASURF** in TELEMAC-3D): user and reference manuals (in particular dictionaries).
