Index shift for ALIRE array (GAIA)

When continuing a computation from a previous sedimentological computation file, ALIRE array is used in particular for GAIA to decide which variable to be read in the previous sedimentological computation file.

Since gitlab date 22/08/2019 and SHA e2eca614 the variable CHESTR for friction coefficient has been removed and there has been an index shift for ALIRE array in GAIA_INIT and RESCUE_GAIA subroutines.

Indices of variables from 11 to 23 have to be decreased by 1 to be consistent with NOMVAR_GAIA subroutine.
