Sliding not mass conservative in the case of active layer + consolidation model

In the case of active layer + consolidation model, the active layer concentration is not constant, which is not taken into account in the sliding algorithm in maxslope_gaia.f. The easy fix implemented consists in applying sliding only starting from the second layer.
