[Bug] square root of possibly negative numbers in buse.f

At line 261 of buse.f the argument of SQRT can be < 0. The bug had already been pointed out by Christophe Coulet and two solutions proposed at a SciCo, but no resolution was adopted then. I attach the slide by Christophe with the two possible solutions
