Kinematic viscoisty VK

Routine Friction_choice through friction_zones and friction_unif calls friction_calc. In the latter variable VK is named the kinematic vicosity whereas in friction_choice it is set as the water vicosity 1e-6. In the formula those values should be used but maybe not harddet in the code.
