Remove CONVERGENCE STUDY and REFINEMENT LEVELS

Convergence study feature is not used anymore in TELEMAC-2D validation.

From 2019 the convergence is carried out in the vnv scripts by using refinment prior to runs. Therefore, there is no need for an internal refinment feature.
