documentation T2D - sidewall friction

In the documentation, the keyword FRICTION COEFFICIENT FOR LATERAL SOLID BOUNDARIES is indicated for defining the friction coefficient to apply when using a LAW OF FRICTION ON LATERAL BOUNDARIES which is different than "no friction". This keyword doesn't exist in the *.dico or in the reference manual and I suppose that it has been replaced by ROUGHNESS COEFFICIENT OF BOUNDARIES.

The sidewall friction section in the documentation might be updated.
