Suggestion: adding a check of liquid boundary files

It could be interesting to add a check of the liquid boundary files (*.prn, *.liq, *.txt) before starting the calculation, to identify nan for example.

Today, if there is a nan in the imposed time series, the calculation goes to the end by writing nan until the end instead of stopping at the error.
