RESTART FILE PRINTOUT PERIOD and RECORD NUMBER IN RESTART FILE

rather than PARAL for last argument of SUBMIT item in dico

- completing missing variables,
- adding missing possibilities for a few variables,
- improving the description of a few variables,
- deleting duplicated lines,
- reordering a few lines,
- typing mistakes.

Change of default value for RECORD NUMBER FOR RESTART (0 to -1)
