Don't use temporary layers

In GUI add layer command use temporary layer. When saving QGIS project the layer are deleted, user can't reuse created layers.

Instead of using temporary layers, all layers created by SALOME-HYDRO should be stored in specific directory $HOME/.salome_hydro/

Layers must be stored in a specific directory depending on layer type
