Pb of change of SCR of the project during the study

Windows version: We put SCR EPSG 2154 (Lambert93).
Then we click on OpenStreetMap.
The SCR will change automatically.
Then every lines or polygones created aren't anymore in the right SCR.
=>> Is it du to Q4TS or to QGIS in general ?
