Windows version : 2 packages are missing in TELEMAC

Windows version : 2 packages are missing in TELEMAC (rtri et geopanda ?) fort the windows version and Q4TS doesn't work. (packages non importants for TELEMAC but importants for Q4TS).

It's rtree and pygeos. They are not included in the TELEMAC Windows installer as they are not mandatory for TELEMAC. They are not part of the Linux requirements either, but are provided on EDF internal Linux installations.

I see two solutions:

• Mention in Q4TS installation that these packages are mandatory. This is the easiest one.
• Modify the script requiring these packages to rely on alternative solutions.

Could someone tell me in which part of Q4TS are these packages required? I don't find them anywhere in Q4TS source files (no mention of pygeos nor rtree). @matthieu.secher, @sophie.bacchi?

Rtree has been added (see wintel@38c0b81c), while PyGEOS is not required anymore since GeoPandas 0.14 now uses Shapely 2.0 as its default backend (see https://geopandas.org/en/v0.14.4/docs/user_guide/pygeos_to_shapely.html).
