refine STBTEL : Values interpolated in refine mesh although no value in the first mesh.

@matthieu.secher With STBTEL some values are interpolated in refine mesh although we don't have any value in the first mesh. Why ? => see in stbtel scripts.

It is the value of X which are interpolatet on the mesh.
Not a pb, we can let it this way. I close this issue
