Add option in create boundary widget to update snapping options

To be correctly interpreted by salome scripts, boundaries shape must have a vertex on each contour vertex to be include in the boundary.

If there is a vertex missing, salome scripts will consider that there are holes in the boundary : see #107 (closed)

To avoid such mistakes, user should be able to define snapping option for only the layer that will be used as contour.
